As of Jan 1, 2024, “New” Reservations as of this date will include the following;
For Security Purposes: All guests must register at the lodge upon arrival. If they are expecting friends to come over and visit, those friends MUST register at the lodge before joining their party that is staying at the resort.
***Reservation Deposits:
RV, electricity and water campsites and non-electrical campsites will require a 1 night deposit if your stay is 5 nights or less. If your stay is 6 nights or more, we require a 2 night deposit.
Cabins booked 3-6 nights requires a 1 night cost and cleaning fee upfront to reserve your stay. If you book over 6 days, your deposit will be for 2 nights plus a cleaning fee upfront.
Cancellation Policy:
B&B House Reservations will require a 1 night deposit to reserve the room. Room cancellations require Minimum 2 days notice. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations are within 48 hours (2 days) from check in date.
Dry campsites, no water or power hook-ups (water is available), require a 2 day cancellation.
RV sites with power and water require a 1 week cancellation.
Cabins require a 2 week cancellation.
If we do not get a cancellation within the above times, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits for a cancellation NOT within the Cancellation Policy cannot be transferred to another time.
Cleaning fee:
A-Frame – $50.00
Small Cabin – $25.00
EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATIONS:
Unforeseen events such as proof of medical emergency, Evacuation Orders, Covid-19 “Stay at Home” orders, All Road Closures, or closures from recent threatening lightening strikes are considered valid exceptions. Upon proof and verification of these exceptions, your reservation fees will be returned. The resort may also take upon cancelling reservations if people are at risk due to unforeseen events, which would then return your deposit.
Due to recent global warming events, “smoke” or “there could be smoke” is NOT an adequate reason for cancellation. This may become a common event in our province.
