Clients who pay with a Credit Card are subject to a transaction fee of 2%

Regretfully, the B&B rooms are not available at this time.

Taxes are 8% PST and 3% MRDT = 11%

Deposits may change due to the number of adults and children.

CHECK–IN TIME IS 2:00pm

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00am

**We have a 10:00 pm noise curfew as a courtesy to our other guests. After this time, noise MUST be kept minimal. No loud fowl language is allowed or you will be asked to leave.

CABINS

** Cabins are booked by a 3 night minimum. Multiple weeks available. They include free propane barbecues and canoes with life jackets. Breakfast available for those with guests staying in the B&B during special occasions at $25 per person.

A-Frame – $180.00 per night. (Price does NOT include extra people, dogs or boats) and $50.00 Cleaning Fee.

Small Cabin – $150.00 per night (Price does NOT include extra people, dogs or boats) and $25.00 Cleaning Fee.

Multiple weeks available.

**Cabins are based on Double Occupancy (1-2 adults).

Additional Adults – $25 each per night . ***Minimum 3 night charge.

Children – 8 years and under are FREE to a maximum of 2 children. Extra children over the age of 8 are $25 per night.

RV AND CAMPING SITE RATES (DEPOSITS DETAILS IN POLICY TAB):

RV and Camping with Power and Water (Prices do NOT include dogs or boats)

$40.00 per night plus taxes.

Dry Camping (Water & Shower facilities available)
$30.00 per night plus taxes

GROUPS

We have special group rates if the entire property is rented for an event. We also have an outdoor kitchen with dishes available to rent.

WASHROOMS

We ask for a $ donation for each shower. For courtesy to others, please leave it clean as before you used it. Please leave toilets clean also. There is a brush available. Only toilet tissue goes into the toilets as we are on a septic tank. Please no tampons, paper towels etc.

BOATS

Boats are $5 per day. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing one.

PETS

Pets are $5 per day.

We are pet friendly with some limitations. Dogs are not allowed to wander all over the property and must be kept close to the owners. We have pooper-scoopers available and must be used responsibly. Animals are not to be left alone in the cabins,. If these rules are not followed, the owners will be asked to keep their dogs on a leash at all times or if the dog causes a notable problem, (eg. excessive barking or biting) they will be asked to leave.

We allow most breeds of dogs and they will only be allowed if discussed at the time of booking. They MUST be friendly and get along with all dogs and people.

Executive Suite

Our finest suite with a KING sized bed, for those special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, honeymooners, and just pampering yourself to something nice. You’ll enjoy our relaxing Jacuzzi as the sun sets. The walk-out bay window gives you an awe-inspiring panoramic view of the lake.

This specialty suite is only available for one week or more. Short Term stays are available if the entire B&B and grounds are booked for an event.

King Room

This room has a KING sized bed, private ensuite, and opens up into the upper foyer as you look down upon the Great Room and out to the lake. If Music Room is booked, the bathroom is shared.

Family Room

This room has 2 QUEEN sized Beds for two singles or families.
It has access to its own private en suite, depending on the amount of bedrooms booked. This is the main bathroom for the upper floor and may be shared with 3 other bedrooms.
This suite opens up into the upper foyer as you look down upon the Great Room and out to the lake.

Rates:
$155.00 Per Night based on Double Occupancy. Children over the age of 12 are charged $35.00 per night.

Includes Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children under 12.

Queen Room

This room has an awesome view of the lake and hosts a KING sized bed. You greet our gorgeous sunrise as it dawns across the water.
The main bathroom may be shared depending on the amount of bedrooms booked.
